If you would like to save your credit point in safe trim, you should know precisely what you’d do in case of an exigency. Developing a current typed plan can aid you by letting you get action to keep your credit as soon as an exigency happens. Many items that could be on your financial emergency program are:

1) A number of all assets you could liquidate if you had to.
2) A number of all extras or opulence’s you could scratch out of your life immediately if there was a problem (id est. Paper subscriptions, cable television, irrigate delivery service, Friday nights at the films).
3) A number of some resources you’ve that could help you in case of an exigency. Perhaps you have insurance that could help you. Perhaps your employer offers a break package. Whatever it’s, write it down. Holding a number of these resources will take them simpler to access in case of an exigency.
4) Other number you could make money if you had to – jobs you could take, matters you could farm out to other people.
The underside line is taking a program. You need something in place so that while tragedy takes up, you can solve it without falling under a fiscal crisis. You’ll be stressed enough worrying about the exigency position that finances don’t need to drag you down too.

One of failures in family consumption is extravagancy. A family had consulted about this case. Their monthly expenses had already in budget, and they still had more fund over their expenses. However, at the end of month that fund is always off and even deficit.

I realize that it must be so boring to evaluate their expenses. So, why don’t we try to change the pattern? We suggest them to add one thing that they never done before by saving their surplus money.

This family used to let their surplus fund in their saving account as the unpredicted fund. After they consult it, I suggest them to change their surplus fund into the productive things, and then they decide to buy the golden coin.

What happen then? After the consultation session, that family always buys golden coin every month and it is increasing. How about their unpredicted fund? We suggest them to use credit card for it. However, of course other consequence is they should pay the bill payment with the money they get from selling the golden coin. However, they never sold the golden coin and they can still pay the bills. Isn’t it wonderful?
Sometime, realize or not, if we save money for some unpredicted thing, that unpredicted thing may happen. In order not to expect it happen to you, you better separates your fund in early month first, in order not to change it become as unpredicted fund or undetected.

If you want to survive during the economic crisis, then you have to do your best to spend what you really have to spend and to hold some useless expenses.

Sometime, we feel that we have tried to do our best in spending the money for the important need only, and left our desire. However, sometime we don’t really understand about the real difference between a need and a desire (want) . Perhaps none of us can answer it right.

A need is an expense that should be done, while an expense that can be delayed. With this simple explanation, we should create the clear priority in our family expenses.

You can try to ask yourself when you spend your money. Is this expense can be postponed or not? What is consequence if it postponed? If the answer is no and it cannot be postponed because it will have the higher negative effect, then this is a need and you have to spend it.

However, if the expense is postponed and it will not affect any problem, it means that this is a desire and not a need. Ok, I will give you some example to make it clearer. Today, communication is an important necessary, and buying your cellphone’s credit is automatically necessary. If not buying the credits will give the bad effect to you and family such as influencing your family business, then it is an necessary. However, if this is only for calling your friends to hang out, then it is a desire.
